針對媒體報導中華電信部分同仁涉及「假交易」案被檢調起訴乙節，中華電信表示，對於少數同仁為衝刺營收，以致陷於違法訟案深表遺憾。

中華電信指出，報載的這些案件主要發生於104年到105年，由於相關案件的呆帳陸續發生，引起公司經營階層的重視，鄭優董事長於105年12月到任後，即指示成立專案調查小組進行調查。在公司完成調查後，中華電信已對相關違失人員做內部懲處，情節嚴重者主動移送檢調偵辦，同時也嚴格要求及規範同仁，爭取業務必須嚴守公司的規定，避免觸法。
